ActionScript 3 language reference pages don't show public properties/methods/events

I'm trying to find the methods in the interface IList (among others), however they are not listed on this page: http://help.adobe.com/en_US/FlashPlatform/reference/actionscript/3/mx/ collections/IList.html

There are links for inherited public methods, which displays the methods from IEventDispatcher just fine.

Inspecting the DOM, I can see that the elements for the IList methods exist, but they're all set to display:none. So, either the default CSS is not showing these, or there is some link somewhere that I can't find that will show these.

I've seen the same behavior on several other pages, such as:
