Installing photoshop 7.0

I am having trouble installing my photoshop 7.0 on my new computer, it has windows 8 and 1.5 terra byte hard drive. When starting the program it gives a error message of the scratch disc is full than it shuts down.

Yes, those old apps can't deal with disks larger than 500 GB. You need to create partitions. That aside, it may never work. You are trying to install a 12 year old software on the most recent version of Windows. There's bound to be problems...
