Animation re-sizing

Mar 25, 2013 5:06 PM

Hi I have just started using flash.

I have animated a little man, but want to make him larger. However, when I select the layer and make him larger, he only becomes larger in the first key frame, and not all the other key frames. I pressume there is a simple way of scaling him up for the entire sequence, rather than manually changing him on each keyframe. Help greatly apreciated.

One way would be to make the man a movieclip or graphic symbol and make the whole symbol a larger size.

In what way does it seem to be harder to edit?

at some point, if you want to place your animation in the context of other DisplayObjects or target it with ActionScript you will have to do the conversion anyway.

Its not necessarily harder to edit since double clicking on the symbol will bring you immediately to its own main timeline.
