contact form ERROR!  Please help!!!

Hello

 

I was following the tutorial to create contact form for my website below is the code:

    Can you give a bit more detailed explanation of what you want to change and what is not changing? Also, can you share a URL to your webpage so we can see it in action?

    One needs to be careful when coding. Stupid computers don't understand when we write

    we really mean
