I am the Acrobat 9 pro user for long time. My old computer broken down couple weeks ago and I puchased a new computer which is running on Win 8. After I installed the Acrobat 9 software into the new computer abd try to get update, the Adobe server decline this and claimed I already installed the software into two computers. The server asked my to disable the software in at less one computer frist before they can allow me to get update for the Acrobat 9 pro. The problem is my old computer is broken and the HD is corrupted, I can disable the software in the old computer.
Please advise what I can do to get update for my new computer.
It looks like there was an problem with the activation, but i noticed that it was fixed for Adobe Acrobat 9 serial number which you are using.

No. I still have the same problem. I still have the below message form the Adobe Server:

It means the Adobe Updater Install Manager has stop running.
