Hi,

I'm writing from Italy (sorry about my bad english), I've a problem at work.
I used an existing project to complete a manual with Robohelp 9 on Windows Server 2003 (I use that in remote desktop).

I work fine with this project, but this morning Robohelp get off me and close itself.
Now everytime I try to open it xxx.xpj start Robohelp, it load the program and when I'm in the menu Robohelp's windows simply shutdown....

Don't appear error message or other warning!!!

I am fairly sure that RH9 was never designed to work on a Win Server 2003 platform.

Hi,

1. Make a backup of your project.

2. Check Peter's article on opening projects: http://www.grainge.org/pages/authoring/opening/opening_projects.htm

Greet,

Willam
