Wie den Assistent-Modus reparieren?

Ich habe PS elements 11 mehrfach deinstalliert und neu installiert, bereits im Test-Modus. Jetzt habe ich das Programm gekauft, aber der Assistent-Modus zeigt auf der rechten Seite keine Werkzeuge, nur einen Ladebalken, der sich nicht bewegt und den Text "initializing" Wer weiß weiter? Wer kann mir sagen, wo man eine email an den support schicken kann? Ich arbeite mit Mac mountain-lion

Was ist er dieser wird gezeigt nach links anstelle der Werkzeuge? Und was ist es, dass der Modus Sie tut herein sind? Es hätte möglicherweise ein kompatibles Problem.

    But so I understand correctly, I need two questions answered. What is it that is shown to the left instead of the tools? And what is it that the mode you are in does? It might have a compatible problem.

    Hi,

     

    Please check if you have any kind of antivirus or anything from Symantec on your MAC? If so, disable it and try uninstalling/reinstalling with it the antivirus turned off.

    Did you install PSE in standard account? If yes, and in case you want PSE to work fine on both the accounts, I would suggest uninstalling PSE on standard account and reinstalling on Admin account.
