I deactivated Creative cloud on my old computer, but my new computer won't let me active the Creative cloud. I do have it on one other computer. I am working in Windows 7.
You need to contact Adobe Support either by chat or via phone when you have activation issues.

If you are getting the error "too many activation" then you have to follow Ned's suggestion given in post prior to this.
