.........Your application is up to date

I think this update is available for Lightroom and CS6 but not yet fully rolled out for Elements in all teritories.

I think so... no problem to update Lightroom here. I am not in a hurry as I don't have a new camera.

    Hi,

My PSE 11 updated successfully this morning

Possibly a question of timing - everyone downloading it.

Have downloaded ACR 7.4 but does not want to function. Application manager says 'I'm good' and fully updated. Organizer can see the NEFs and looks as if it's importing them but then I get a message that it does not support the application. I've downloaded three times now and rebooted. I'm on Windows 7 and PSE11. What's a man to do please?

    Help >> About Plug-in >> Camera Raw

Press ESC to close the pop-up

The pop up will give the version number.

Downloads of updates usually only apply to CS6, not PSE11 which uses:

    Help >> Updates

Ah see it. It says 7.3.0.7.  Have checked the other route and it says I'm

fully updated. So where has my 7.4 download gone I wonder? Think I'll

forget it and load ViewNX2 then wait for PE12 to come out.

    Thanks for the help anyway.

Keep trying Help >> Updates in the next few days and when you see 7.4 become available, simply click to update.

DNG download is now available if you want to try that - see following post.

Download and install the free Adobe DNG converter to convert your raw files to the Adobe universal Raw format and the files will open in all versions of PSE (keep your originals as backups and for use in the camera manufactures software)

Windows download click here DNG Converter 7.4

Mac download click here DNG Converter 7.4

You can convert a whole folder of raw images in one click. See this quick video tutorial:

You Tube click here for DNG Converter tutorial

I dowlnloaded the DNG converterseveral hours ago but of course it only converts raw files that are on the pc in the first place! So as I can't get the raw file on in Elements it's a chocolate tea pot.

I'll just have to shoot in jpg and do a better job in camera. I'll continue shooting raw on my d90.

    Really appreciate your efforts. Thanks

    Hi,

I think that everyman and his dog are trying to download the updates and the Adobe servers are being overloaded. i have just tried getting the lightroom 4.4 update and the link was giving me the 4.3 update.

I think that it should settle down soon.

Does that download for the 7.4 installer support photoshop elements 11?

As far as i know those installers for camera raw 7.4 on that page only work for photoshop cs6.
