Not installed but saying up to date

Apr 3, 2013 11:45 AM

Hi, one of the programs (Illustrator) may have been interupted during download/installation.

In grey it is saying 'up to date' yet it is not installed on the machine.

There's therefore nothing for me to uninstall and start again and indeed no option (being the 'up to date' message is greyed out and unclickable) to reinstall.

Any help much appreciated.

Thanks

    Hi,

Please follow these steps to fix this issue.

Please rename Caps folder from this location and relaunch AAM. It should give you option to Install all the Applications.

    Windows

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe

    Mac

    Library/Application Support/Adobe/

Please let me know if it helps you or not.

    Regards,

Yes you are good to go....Just needed to know that how many softwares have to installed on this Machine, if more then 1 then after installing Illustrator please undo the changes with the Caps Folder.

    Regards,
