keyboard shortuct for cycling through bledning modes

Apr 7, 2013 4:23 PM

I understand that shift++ (holding down the shift key and typing plus key) is supposed to cycle between blending modes. Nothing happens when I do that though. I have the top layer selected and the blending mode stays the same. Using PS CS6.

In that case, I bet the active tool has a blending mode.

When the active tool has a blending mode, Shift++/- cycles through the tool's modes and Ctrl+Shift++/- cycles through the targeted layer's modes.

When the active tool does not have a blending mode, Shift++/- cycles through the targeted layer's modes.

At least that's the situation on a Mac.
