Is it normal to have jumpy, laggy windows during resize of the dreamweaver cs6 main window? I also notice display elements in other adobe apps are not fluid during scrubbing, scrolling, or resizing.
Windows 7 64bit
I have a Quadro 5000
Dual Xeon 2.8 GHz
64 Gig ram
SSD main drive, with raptor Cache/Working drive.
Yes, drivers are latest up to date, the Mobo is up to date, I tried three different PCI slots to ensure GFX is running at full speed. It seems to only be bad when a site is open for development in DW. it's when the redraw is happening for the css list and all content windows within the main window. In regards to this lag/jumpiness, i do not notice it when interacting with elements inside the main program window, but only when resizing the full main program window. Photoshop is similar. In premiere I notice it when scrubbing the timeline marker or adjusting effect knobs, but only when playback is stopped. It seems like a GUI redraw speed issue and I would like to know how to improve 2D redraw rates on the system and GFX card if no one else has this issue. My system should not have graphical user interface redraw issues IMO.
Here is a video showing the same type of lag I am talking about when resizing the DW window. It has a similar jumpiness to it like the scrubber or knob depicted in this video. http://youtu.be/KtB7GV6oe78
Thanks for the help!
