I need to reinstall Premier 10 on WIN 7 64bit. Download is no longer available and I do not have a disc. The only discs I was ever shipped was with the purchase of CS5.
Do I now posses a bunch of worthless keys?
So, you are saying that when you downloaded PE10 you did not write the downloaded file(s) to a backup CD/DVD?
If you purchased direct from Adobe by download, you "should" be able to go back to your account and find the download link to download again
At least that is what I have read in previous messages... does your purchase history not contain a link?
I did not copy the downloads to disc, I made the assumption that like Microsoft I would not have this issue.
I checked my account and it lists my purchase history, product>version>registration date. There is no link
that allows you to reload the software. Considering that Elements 10 was purchased Aug 2012....now 6
months later it is obsolete and can not be reloaded, is pretty lame.
Hmm... when I go to https://www.adobe.com/account/account-orders.html#myrecentorders and I click the May 2012 order I placed online to download PPro CS5.5 (CS6 is now current) there is a download link on the far right that will still allow me to download that 1 version old software
Is that the link you visited and do not find a download for your order?
Got it. I was sent the program online....NOT from Adobe! Ran the installation, loaded my key and activated the
program. Now why in the world is that so hard for Adobe to do? When I have a system failure I do not have to repurchase
all the software and operating systems from vendors since I already own them and just need to reenter my key.
This was a needless waste of my time. Should Adobe want to expand maybe they could go into running the DMV.
I love their products, but their support and website is pretty lame, I have now backed up bothe Premier and Elements 10.
Since I can not rely on Adobe for customer support. Really the learning curve for Dreamweaver was not as steep as
downloading a program you paid for with Adobe. It's 7:55PM here...I just spent 10 hours downloading a program.

I am not understanding something here... are you saying you did not buy from Adobe, but then you are unhappy that Adobe does not have the program you bought from someone else to download again?
No, what I'm saying is I paid for a total of 6 copies of Elements 10 and Premier SIX months ago. Now Adobe has removed
the availabilty of the download...I already own it I just can't load it. I found the program online. NO help from Adobe
spent 45 minutes on the phone with them from a offshore call center. Really poor customer support and unweilding huge
website that runs you around in circles.
OK... sorry you had problems, but this is a user to user forum so nobody here is going to be able to give direct help with download problems
But... I always make a backup copy of every program I buy via download
