My introductory price for Adobe Creative Suite has expired and the price is now $49.99 a month for software I CANNOT use. The issues have been acknowledged by Adobe Technical support and have NOT been addressed. I REFUSE to continue paying for this software, especially at the inflated rate of $49.99 a month. I have spoken to Adobe Customer Support. I'll be interested to know what will be done.
I have repeatedly informed Adobe of the inability to drag global swatches from color panel to gradient slider, within AICS6. This is a key timesaver within earlier versions and one I am unwilling to give up, since I constantly adjust gradients. I have lived with paying $30.00 a month, in hopes this would be addressed. Now that my one-year "introductory" price is gone, I'll be cancelling my Creative Cloud subscription. Adobe, appearantly does not consider this a critical issue. No need for me to continue paying my monthly fee.
I have been assured, by Adobe Customer Support, I will receive a call-back on my complaint. I hate to be so vocal about this, but after a year and the increase in price, it's come to this.
