Photos do not upload since I upgraded to the latest software version

I have upgraded both my Mac, iPad and iPhone to the latest software version.

Now my photos are no longer uploaded to the AdobeRevel site and consequently not downloade back to my other devices.

Is the service working?Everything just worked fine before I did the upgrade.

Help needed.

    Hello,

    The service is working correctly as Revel should be working better as before. Are you trying to upload at the same time on multiple devices? Can you log in to Adoberevel.com to see if your photos are showing up there and also try to upload a few sample pictures to see if they can upload

    I am not having trouble uploading. I want to delete some, as I have over 5,000. Every time I click on more than one photo it goes into a slide show.

    Mary-

     

    Your issue is different from the one above, in which case it is better to start a new thread. 

     

    Iphone:

    Open the library you want to delete a photo from.

    Click on the trash can icon at the bottom of the  screen

    Select photos to be deleted

    Click on remove at the bottom right of the screen

    Confirm Deletion

     

    Browser:

    Open the library you want to delete a photo from.

    Click on  select photos in the menu

    Select the photos to deleted by clicking on them. You will see a check appear on those selected.

    Click on the trash can icon at the top of the  screen

    Confirm deletion

     

    Mac:

    Open the library you want to delete a photo from.

    Select files to deete. If you want more than one, hold the command key down to select additional files

    click the delete key on your keyboard

    Claude-

     

    Since it appears you are in France, here is something for you to check in your iPad:

     

    In your ipad device's Settings > General > International    please ensure you have a region set here and see if that helps your issue. Let us know.

    One more thing, when you look in your library, do you have a green dot or a red dot?

    What about the dot by the library name on your ipad? Is it green or red?

    Check the status view in Revel by tapping the LED at the top. If you see a photo that appears stuck in Uploading Changes, and you are certain you can import that photo again, delete the photo and then re-import it. If you unsure about having the original image available for re-import, don't delete it -- but let me know, and we can try patching your account from our end.

     

    There was a bug in the previous version of Revel, where favoriting a photo while offline could cause the photo to get stuck in Uploading Changes. The cause of the issue is fixed in the current app release (version 1.10), but updating to the current release won't clear the problem if was already present. You'll have to delete the stuck image and re-import like I mentioned, or we will need to work it on our end.

    We think we fixed this on our server.  Can you try again and let us know if the problem is resolved, or if it continues?
