Adobe Illustrator CS6 has stopped working (random)

I have a problem with Adobe CS6 Illustrator both 32 and 64 bit has this error. It keeps crashing randomly and i get the message Adobe Illustrator has stopped working.

All updates are installed for illustrator.

 

System specs:

 

Core i5 2500K
8GB DDR3
Radeon HD6450 512MB
Windows 7 Professional SP1 + all updates

 

I already reinstalled the whole system but it wont help.

 

Does anyone know what to do?

    Hi nico


    This error occurs mainly due to permissions issue on your user account.

     

    Try using the software with a new administrator account.And see weather it works or not. If it works than surely there is problem with your previous user account.

    Try providing proper permissions to adobe folder so that system can read and write information in the respective directories.

    Hi,
    If you are sure that there is no permission issue than i will suggest you to contact Adobe support.

    They will check your log file to find the exact reason for this error. Here is the link below for Adobe support.
