Scroll bar missing

I have just put together a website (my first) and uploaded to my host (www.funkyshack.co.uk). Everything appears to be working except that the scroll ability appers to be missing when viewed on smaller screens. I cannot find out how to resolve this or what I have done to make this happen as I have just created a dummy large page and this scrolls OK. Any ideas?

    Remove poistion: fixed; from the body css. Plus I'm not quite sure why you would want left: 330px; either as you have margin: 0 auto; declared on the 'wrap' <div> which will horizontally center the page in the browser window.

    body {

        padding: 0;

        font: 76% Verdana,Tahoma,Arial,sans-serif;

        background-image: url(bg.gif);

        background-repeat: repeat-y;

        background-position: center top;

        background-color: rgb(201,214,205);

        margin-top: 0;

        margin-right: auto;

        margin-bottom: 0;

        margin-left: auto;

        position: fixed; REMOVE THIS

        left: 300px;

    }

    It still doesn't work in IE. If I reduce the screen size down, it's still doesn't give you scroll bars. This might be because of an extra < you have in your code. You have: <div id="mainphoto"><</div> (notice the extra opening tag?)

    More importantly, you have 2 <body> tags in your code.  Only one is allowed.

    <body>  <!--REMOVE THIS-->

    <body onLoad="MM_preloadImages('images/front.jpg')">
