Disappearing Presets (Premiere Pro CS6)

I am a subscriber to creative cloud, and am an infrequent user. I work on videos as an occasional hobby. Often when I try to start a project I am unable to work on an old one, or start a new one because all of my HD presets have disappeared. Is there a straight-forward way to recover them, and is there a way to prevent their disappearance. Since I only ever work on these things on the weekend, support is never around when I need them, and this is a very frustrating thing to have to deal with, as it makes the tool useless.

    Do you have all the latest updates for Premier Pro?  Go to Help > Updates.

    Is it possible you have 2 copies of Premier on the same machine?

    I would de-activate Premier & restart computer. 

    If required, re-activate Premier.

    I don't think you need to uninstall CS5.  But it sounds like your ID & Password are synched up with a Trial version; not your Cloud account.   Which is why I would try de-activating (not uninstalling) first.
