    Welcome to the forum.

I would look into one of the Color Correction Effects. The Three-Way would be my starting point.

Adjust it for your first Clip, and when you have that corrected, Rt-click that Clip, and choose Copy. Then Select the rest, Rt-click and choose Paste Attributes. You can then go into those Clips and tweak, as needed.

    Good luck,

I would use 'Levels' first and then a Color Corrector such as Bill suggested.

Always set levels before doing any CC work.

    Craig,

I used to go to Levels first, but began to find that Three-way CC could get me there, plus some other aspects, as well.

Still, Levels is not a bad first base.

The reason that Levels is always set first Bill (as general colorist practice and advice eg.Steven Hullfish) is because if one does any color correction  first t.....hen decides to adjust levels....it throws the color work right out the window. ie. Hue / color shifts

    Because the O.P specifically said

    without destroying the color

I thought it best to advise him "best practice"

Is it just me or is it now very difficult and flaky to  type in this forum since the "problems the other day?

I've been getting weird typing issues myself this past week or so.  I thought it was my browser.

One "glitch" with typing seems to be browser-specific, and it's the failure to add a line-break via the Enter key. Some users have had to resort to Ctrl-Enter, or Shift-Enter.

Are you having other issues, or line-break?

So far, Chrome has not yielding that issue for me.
