How to position published Flash in centre of browser?

Apr 18, 2013 8:18 PM

Hello,

I have a basic Flash file that has been created for me to edit, however when I publish it sits in the top left of the screen - how can I change this so it positioned in the centre.

Thanks,

    This is pretty much a html problem and depends a lot how your site is structured.

    For absolute centering (horizontal + vertical) on an empty html page use sth. like this in the css of your Html-wrapper

    @charset "utf-8";

    /* CSS Document */

    .center {

       width: [insert stage width of your flash file];

       height: [insert stage heightof your flash file];

       position: absolute;

       left: 50%;

       top: 50%;

       margin-left: [insert half of the negative stage width of your flash file];

       margin-top: [insert half of the negative stage height of your flash file];

    }
