Image sizing in dreamweaver using photoshop to size

I have two images that I want to display as 200 x 260 pixels.   I have used both photoshop cs5 and photoshop elements 9 to size them to exactly this size using the "save for web" option.   My dreamweaver code has a div of this size for insertion of each image.

When I look at the pixel dimensions (in photoshops and dreamweaver they say exactly 200x 260 pixels.  However when I insert the image into dreamweaver, one is larger than the other as displayed on the view and also in firefox.

I have tried both png and jpg formats.  I have tried resize in photoshop before "save for web".  I always get the same result.  How can I fix it?

    You could set the width of the image in your html:

    <img src="/images/image.png" width="200" height="260" />

    Alternatively, you can set the image width to 100% in your css if the containing div is actually the correct dimensions.  If neither of these fix the problem I will need to see your code.

    Regards,

    Ben

    PS. Photoshop's Save For Web feature is primarily for managing file types, color profiles, and meta data.

    A URL to your live page is the best way to get help here.  Without seeing your images and underlying code, it's impossible to make solid suggestions.
