When I try to go to Video Editor in Premier Elements 11, I get the following msg...
The instruction at 0x24702c9b” referenced memory at “ 0x00000028”. The memory could not be “read”.
Welcome to the forum.
When the OS throws a Memory Address Error, it is often caused by some program (probably loading at bootup), that is mis-reporting its memory addresses, or is telling the OS that it has released certain addresses, when it has not.
I would look at this FAQ Entry, and especially the third part, which talks about troubleshooting, and some things to check out, especially "Clean, Lean, Mean Editing Machine," and "Finding Clues." http://forums.adobe.com/thread/792580?tstart=0
Also, the first part is a general checklist for getting PrE to run best, and the second part covers tuning up the computer and OS. Those might offer some tips, as well.
