Interactive buttons disappear on PC export Interactive PDF

Hi guys, I have a big problem exporting an interactive file:

I have a large content file (made with data marge and uses some script coding) and the design include navigation buttons. When exporting from my MAC to interactive PDF the navigation seem to work fine - both on Mac and PC .

But when I export the file from a PC - after 3 clicks the navigation buttons disappear and are not functional anymore.

Any suggestion?? Please HELP!!

If it works fine when exporting from the Mac then why export it from a PC?

Plus are both the Mac and PC on the same version of InDesign? Are they both fully updated to the latest versions?

Does the Mac use any Plugins that the PC does not have?

I take it then that Acrobat Profesional is being used to view the PDF and not a third party PDF reader?

Not sure why it would happening - it shouldn't as there should be no difference.

The only I can suggest is using File>Export and make a .IDML file and open that on the PC instead. Try exporting that instead.

The only other variable I can think of is that it's not the same version of the fonts - but I fail to see how that applies here.

Make sure Acrobat is updated as well. I seem to recall a bug that caused this but the brain cells handling that have not had enough coffee yet.

Can you post one of your PDFs? I have Mac and Windows here with Acrobat XI on each.
