Can't activate software

I'm using the trial version of Premier Pro.  I bought the full last night and have been trying ever since to firgure out how to convert it to the full version.  AAAAAGHH! This is the most non-intuitive process I've ever seen before! HELP!

OK, I'm hesitant to do this because...

What I am being asked for is simply a license number. After going through

all that you recommend I am certain I will be facing the same question. I

purchased what I thought was the monthly (one year committment) full

version of the Permier package which I have been using for about two weeks

and it's great. Moreover, it is intuitive and very easy to figure out. I

have received nothing regading a license number and that I assume is the

problem.

As I scour the sites, I can find nothing about this nor any instructions

about exactly the steps to take to end up with fully operational software.

If you can point me in this direction I would be most thankful.
