is Flash Media Encoder free?

can i use it for commercial purpose (e.g. twitchtv partner, commercial ads, youtube ads)?

It is free but for use with Adobe Media Server (previously Flash Media Server) only!

It is not allowed to be used with non Adobe media servers. Please check the EULA at http://www.adobe.com/products/eulas/pdfs/FlashMediaLiveEncoder_en_US_20101109_0850.pdf
