I'm running Encore CS6 and when I preview my blu-ray project by clicking on a button for a slideshow that I've created I get this error message. Does anybody know what it means? and how to get it fixed? I just switched over from FCP to Adobe, so I'm pretty new to this.
That is a message from a Sonic module which Adobe licenses from Sonic/Roxio... and those kind of errors are VERY hard to troubleshoot
So... some general steps which may help
As well as the below, right click the program icon and select Run as Administrator, which is NOT the same thing as running the computer with the Administrator account, and which fixes several "odd" problems... To create a two layer DVD (or a BluRay?), you MUST have Encore set to use the Run as Administrator option

As John mentioned it is a bit hard to find a solution to the problem. However you can try the normal routine to reinstall the application. Delete the old files and check for viruses or corruption.
