I keep getting a 'Low Memory Options' alert every 3 - 4 minutes in FW, -while building a web site, using a newly purchased CS5.5 Design Premium. The file size is about 14MB so far. And there is 100 GB of free space still on the hard drive. On a windows machine...

I can click 'ok' - and then keep going. But this is either extremely inconvenient or is it actually a problem that can be delt with?

What's happening? Does this one sound familiar?

You can disable the completely useless and annoying low memory warning dialog by editing the prefs file in C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Fireworks CS6\English

Open up Fireworks Preferences.txt and search for WarnLowOnPhyMemBeforeXMB change the <integer> tag following it to something small, like 5.  Do the same for WarnLowOnMemBeforeXMB.  There's also a pref named DontShowLowMemDialogAgain that you could set to true.
