My name is manuel,
I just got a new compueter with an nvidea gtx 670m vgraphic card. It looks as if it is causing the problem but i can't seem to solve it. I have tried updating the drivers to the latest release but my problem has not been fixed. I have just installed Adobe cs6 and i am having problems with photoshop, after effects and premier. In none of them i can see either the Canvas ( photoshop) or the video ( AE or PR) but odly enough i am able to hear the sound from the videos when i play them. Any thoughts, suggestions or solutions will be greatly apreciated. thank you

This also happens on After effects and it used to happen in photoshop ( i solved that unabling the graphic card from the preference window). any help would be greatly apreciated.
Read your computer manual to find out how to enter the BIOS setting screens during startup... for MY motherboard I need to press the DEL key, when the appropriate message displays during startup (not before or after)
You need to watch your screen during startup and press the appropriate key
Once in your BIOS setting screens you need to VERY CAREFULLY read the screens and select the options, and then do the SAVE at the end
If you do not feel up to that task, do you know someone who is more familiar with hardware who can help you?
