Loss of chapter format in PDF

When I "Save as PDF" in FM11, I lose all of the chapter headings/graphics. They just show up as block outlines in my PDF. What did I do wrong?

The fault may not be yours  One problem I ran into recently was with using a background colour in a heading style: output to .pdf gave me white on white text … but you can confidently expect more thorough answers from other contributors.

Hi,

When you 'Save as PDF' it should open up a PDF Set up window go to tags and Set all the tags from 'don't include' list to 'include' list and also verify whether you have RGB or CMYK family being used.
