can i ise cs6 with a vinyl cutter if yes how do i create a cut line

    Generally, you'd want to use Illustrator for something like that. You want vector based cuts, not pixel based ones.

    Hello there!

     

    Brett's right, Illustrator is the BEST tool for this, but it could be possible with Photoshop. This is a great link: scroll down to "working with Photoshop".

    You can use something like Live Trace in Illustrator to change raster art into vector. The process isn't always perfect...

    1. Make a pixel section in photoshop
    2. paths palette flyout >> make work path
    3. copy path and paste into Illustrator
