Shutterfly gets to payment page and gives a blank page.

I got through the ordering process for Shutterfly, but when I got to the payment page, it went blank and just sat there. I tried it again, and the same thing happened.

    Shutterfly has updated their website recently, when removed the page PSE logged into. We are working with them currently to get this page back up.

    That's strange, the log in page should be gone to. You probably just had a cached version, but when new information was required, that is when things when wrong.

    1. Log in to shutterfly website
    2. Go to My Account and edit Billing Information.
    3. Launch PSE and proceed with the print workflow.
