Can't hide validation results

After validating my document using the W3C Validator within Dreamweaver, I was unable to hide specific validation results. I would click "hide" and the error would still appear when I revalidate my code.

I then installed a validation extension (http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/exchange/index.cfm?event=extensionDetail& extid=2188524), which didn't work either. I removed this extension and now the option to "hide" validation results through the W3C validator is gone altogether.

Anyone else having this problem or have possible solutions?

Thanks!
