How do i make my audio tracks in my time line visible?

The complete audio section of my timeline in the sequence isnt visible and I cant seem to get the tracks nor the audio section reinstated. Im not sure why it happened but only the video portion of the time line is visible. I can not scroll down past the "Video 1" track. Im pretty sure this is a novice problem but im new to editing within the adobe suite. (Former FCP user)..

    Use the Vertical Scroll Bar

    You might start by resetting your workspace to the standard Editing workspace. Then adjust your panels from there. I can't tell from the image you posted of there is anything below the video tracks but it doesn't look like it. Reset your workspace (or merely change to the Editing workspace) and see if that gets you where you want to be.
