It appears that the new DPS App Builder breaks custom store API ...
try "adobe" in mobile safari web inspector console says "ReferenceError: Can't find variable: adobe"
My older IPA created by previous version of DPS App Builder works just fine ...
anyone else have the same issue ?
man .. took me forever to figure it out. accourding to the new release notes
(Enterprise) If you want to continue using an older store that you've created, you can select Use Legacy Store APIs in DPS App Builder. However, if you select this option, you cannot specify a custom library.
THIS option is uncheck and hidden in the first step of DPS App builder
Were you upgrading an existing application? Or did you create a new application with your custom store? If you were upgrading an existing application we should have properly set that checkbox for you.
You should definitely fix this, it's such a waste to spend hours of our time to figure out what's wrong with the custom store not working.
Also maybe this should go on with another thread, there were quite a few additional DPS App Builder bugs I've discouvered over the last few days.
For instance, when you update the existing build by toggle between "Use legacy Store API" the previous version of custom store stored on the server actually dispeared. But it did not remove the icon on the bottom of the navigation, this cause an illusion that the custom store still exists but in fact it's overlaying the "viewer" icon. Since the viewer has no such thing about customization, it causes confusion to the end user think the custom store are no longer avaiable.
I've opened a bug against App Builder to consider fixing this in a future release. For other people encountering this issue the solution is to check Use legacy store APIs under the advanced options section of the app details page.
