please help me please please, i will thankful to you all

i have made video through after effects. when i render its size was 603 MB, i cant  upload it  in vimeo, it was h264 , then i render it with wmv now its size was reduced 306MB, but its image quality was very very low, and bad, please guide me how i render my video with high quality and size should be 500 mb

    You need to provide your exact render settings and screenshots.

    Use the Adobe Media encoder instead.

    You will be hard-pressed to cram a 1.5 hour movie into less than 500MB in any encoder while retaining a reasonable quality. This is slightly insane. Split the movie into separate parts or upgrade your Vimeao account to Pro/ Plus to be able to upload larger files.

    you need to understand the difference between rendering and compression. Use AE to render in the best quality you possibly can and THEN use adobe media encoder to compress this rendered file to any format and any size you like.

    This is not only faster (because you only compress and not having actually to render each effect for each frame again) but also more convenient because you have templates for most video sites and formats and also see an estimated filesize.

    You can render your AEP directly in the Adobe Media Encoder.

    yes this is possible but not the best/fastest of all workflows

    It is included with your licensed copy of After Effects.

    Open up After Effects, click on the help menu and there should be an Activate option below. Let's hope you're not working with a cracked version
