Fm 11 UI bug: tags in the Paragraph Designer don't scroll

Here's another Fm 11 UI bug:

  1. Create a new blank file: File > New Portrait.
  2. Open the Paragraph Designer and click in the Paragraph Tag box.
  3. Scroll through the list of paratags using the ARROW DOWN key.
  4. Create a new paratag named "body" (lowercase b).
  5. Try step 3 again: doesn't work (Fm toggles between "Body" and "body").

Cheers

Hi Yves,

I can't duplicate this. But I am vexed by another problem that is consistent with every scroll box in the interface, whether native to FM or created by a plugin. Effectively, if an item is currently selected and you scroll that item off the list, the next click in the list will revert the scroll until the selected item is back at the top. So, you end up selecting something different than you wanted. For example, here is a paragraph catalog setup:

pgf_des_1.png

Next, I scroll with the scrollbar (which doesn't work right anyway, needs lots of coaxing) as follows:

pgf_des_2.png

Then when I click 06, I get:

pgf_des_3.png

Extremely aggravating. I'm on Windows XP, FM 11.0.0.380. Funny thing is, I don't think it started until I had been using FM11 for a while, some weeks or maybe months.
