Whenever I try to open a pdf file from E-Post, E-Post keeps telling me to download the latest version of adobe reader to open this file, which is X1, but it is already downloaded and it tells me that it has been downloaded successfully, but it still will not open my pdf files for some reason. Please help with a solution?
When I clicked on : helpx.adobe.com/pdf/adobe, the window only says HELP on the whole window and nothing else except for the left column I tried to open a bill from union gas co. and it shows me the bill without opening the pdf file, don't know if this means anything?

Please try again in a few minutes. Error code: Object doesn't support property or method "Create contextual Fragment" I tried to insert the image a few times but to no avail.
Hello Pat W., I had my niece here yesterday and she checked my adobe reader and it does work. The only one it doesn't work with is with Canada Post or (E-Post) which I receive my electric bills called ( Enwin Utililies ).She thinks the problem is with them, so I will have to have them send me my bills with regular mail. So all in all Thank You for all your help
