Importing from Handbrake to Premiere Pro - Video too high problem

Hi!

I converted an avi file to a mp4 file using Handbrake. Now when I import it to Premiere Pro it shows as a high rectangle and not as it is supposed to be. How can I fix it?

Thanks

Check the pixel aspect ratio in the Interprete Footage jfor that clip.

Right click on the clip in the Project Panel.

Handbrake converted it probably from rectangular pixels to square pixels.

Run the original avi through Mediainfo

That will tell you the Pixel Aspect Ratio.

Set that to the clip in Premiere.

If its the same something went wrong during converting.
