Which Adobe product are you trying to download?

Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Premiere Pro or Adobe Premiere Elements?

Are you running 64 bit hardware and operating system?

    What's the exact error message?

Yes the file structure for Windows 8 has not changed since Windows Vista.  If you would like direct guidance then please contact our chat support team at http://adobe.ly/yxj0t6.

    Malki and D Ashby,

One step that usually helps is to navigate to the shared technologies folder ElementsST1Installer (ST1 means Shared technologies 1) in the installation disc.

If you have downloaded the software, you will find this in the extracted installation folder.

Run the set up file in the Shared Technologies folder first and then reinstall the software.

    Hope this helps.
