Can't Start Photoshop

Hello, I had Photoshop running out of the Application Manager with no problem. But then it needed to be updated. Now it just says "up to date" instead of "launch app" and I can't get it to start.

What do I do now?

On MAC go to /Application/Adobe Photoshop CS6 to launch Photoshop and on Windows click on Start button and find Photoshop CS6 to launch
