InDesign and Photoshop saved my files with 0Kb. i lost my whole work, what can i do?

Recovery of a 0 Kb file is not possible?

I need help!!!

    Perhaps you should start from the beginning and tell us what happened. Include the operating system details, the application version details, and where the files are stored.

    Is this a single drive, or a raid configuration?

     

    Did you close the application normally, or force quit? O kb files make me think that they were never saved properly, and my first impression is it's a drive problem of some sort, or a failure to allow the program to save before quitting.

    This is some sort of drive/driver problem, but I don't know what exactly is going on. As far as I know you are the only user ever to report this here.

    Only with a commercial plugin.

     

    You can extract the text and images from the pdf to use in a new file, and you can place the pages as images (which you can use as a guide for rebuilding), but they will not be editable.

    I am a little confused. You mentioned the pdf file is also 0kb yet youare able to view it?
