Recovery of a 0 Kb file is not possible?
I need help!!!
Can't help you with this file. Sounds like it's toast, but here's a way
to avoid this ever happening again:
Is this a single drive, or a raid configuration?
Did you close the application normally, or force quit? O kb files make me think that they were never saved properly, and my first impression is it's a drive problem of some sort, or a failure to allow the program to save before quitting.
It is a second hard disk but not a raid system. i saved it, i printed and send it as mail (a smal pdf version). Also the pdf files are 0 Kb. the only file i could save was the file send by mail looking in the send box of outlook...
Only with a commercial plugin.
You can extract the text and images from the pdf to use in a new file, and you can place the pages as images (which you can use as a guide for rebuilding), but they will not be editable.
i saved the indesign file also as pdf and because it was too big for mailing i saved it as a smaller pdf too and this file i sended per mail. on my computer are all files i work with adobe (Photoshop, Indesign and Acrobat)at this day korrupded and now 0 Kb big. but the small version i sended per mail was in my outlook so this one i can view.
