How to resolve this error

I have deleted the preference and deleted add temp files, but still it occur while rendering the video.

    Looks okay so far. Have you tried to disable the disk cache? Flushed out the media cache? Could be that it's trying to access some bad cached frame...

    Open preferences>Media and Disk Cacle. Then turn it off.
