When my assistant sends me a pdf it tells me to wait while it opens, but it never does, I do not know how to open the attachment to read as it appears to be stuck in this mode with the notification on the page it send and no way of getting to the attachment.
Hi SM Barnes,
If you receive a PDF attachment in an e-mail, either you can view it in web browser, or you can download the file and open it in Adobe Reader.
Please let me know, how are you trying to open the file.
Thank you for trying to help me. Please see below what I am getting as a message.
My assistant said that she thinks it is the contract we are using and then turning into a pdf, but to me this does not make sense as I would have thought that if you make a pdf anyone with reader should be able to open it.
She has a new Mac desktop and I have a macbook air.
I have tried saving the attachment to desktop and then opening it, but this does not work, I have also tried to do the quick view and it is as though there are no attachments, but I can see there are.
