moving PSE to a different computer

I recently bought PSE. Because I am having trouble keeping that computer from crashing, I want to decommission it. That means I will need to move PSE to the laptop which will now be my only computer. Please instruct me how to de-register the PC installation and re-install on the laptop.

Run Help --> Deactivate, then install it on your laptop.
