This is a weird one, look:

Instead of I before the M I'm getting an underscore.

Actully, just notice, is coming from Camera, that way, from the Canon Mark 2d. still anyone might know why?

I do not have that Canon, so am only guessing here, but most digital cameras have a Menu option to set the file naming conventions. What does your Canon show in that section of its Menu?

Good luck, and wish that I could do more than just guess here.

    Kevin,

If I recall correctly, file names without the I are photos taken with the AdobeRGB color space instead of sRGB color space.

You are welcome and yes the AdobeRGB color space is larger than the other one.

You really should try to be accurate.  There's no such camera.

I have to say, you had me going.  The smaller the number, the more professional the model (with Canon), so I wondered if they'd skipped 4 and 3...
