Shape Tween Problems

Jun 2, 2013 6:32 AM

Hello,

I am very new at Flash, and I have problem with the Shape Tween.

I am trying to animate a figure, but when i add the Shape Tween, it messes up the mouth (a line) completely.

Here are the two images:

I hope, someone can help me,

use shape hints (modify>shape>add shape hints) to fine tune your shape tween.

(though, from the image it appears your final shape is incorrect.)

    what's an "idle animation"?

are you trying to tween the mouth from a frown to a line or smile?

each object should be on its own layer and animated separately from the other objects.  so, for example, the mouth should be on its own layer.

if the mouth ends with two curves/lines, it should start with two curves/lines.  each curve/line should be in its own layer.  the starting (or ending) curves/lines could be identical so they appear to be one curve/line.
