Picture still loading

I am continually getting a message that a picture is still loading. Why is this happening as I am pretty sure that any photos that I have uploaded are complete? Thx.

    What platform are you on? Do you know which file was uploading? Can you delete that one file and try the upload again?

    Are you on a PC using Adoberevel.com or on one of the apps on Mac, iPhone or iPad

    If you touch the colored spot next to the library name in the library view, what does it say the status is? What color is the spot?

    Try deleting the app and reinstalling it. This will clear the cache and may fix the issue. Your photos will remain in the cloud in Revel. It will take a little time to reload the thumbnails at  first.

    Possibly something corrupted your cache. If you are stuck uploading or editing, you can delete the offending photo, otherwise, clearing the cache by reinstalling is a good fix to try. I'm glad you got it working. Have fun with Revel.
