Select the text tool and position on your photo. On Windows hold down the Alt key and on the numeric keypad type 0169 then release the alt key. Also works in word processing.
On Mac OSX, simply press option+G when using a text font in any app.
I've tried Alt + 0169 but nothing happens.
I've also tried to find 'Tool Box > Tools Option Bar>Symbols' but cannot see where this should be.
Perhaps I'm just plain dim !!
I'd very much appreciate some further assistance on how to get the 'copyright' symbol onto an image.
You're welcome. Glad to help.
If you intend to apply copyright information on multiple images, you should consider making a copyright brush. Once you have made it, you use it like any other brush - place it where you want, select color and size.
