How do i get the installation package for Adobe Bridge

Jun 13, 2013 2:02 AM

Hello,

Our Creative services Department have taken a Creative Cloud account and they only want to install Adobe Bridge, however when i access the Creative Cloud account there is no installer for Adobe Bridge. Now i believe Bridge is installed as part of the installation package for other Creative Cloud products such as Photoshop, so how would i find the installer package for just Bridge?

Any help greatly appreciated

I've never heard of anyone doing this.

Bridge uses external viewers to provide thumbnails, so I'm not sure it can even work stand-alone.

    Hi,

You can get the Bridge installer via FTP. Just connect to ftp.adobe.com and navigate to /pub/adobe/bridge/win/5.x . The latest installer for Bridge 5.02 is here.

Our Creative people have been told by an adobe representative that they can do it this way.

If this is possible, and it seems like I saw this somewhere, it will not be available until CC comes out on June 17.
