I have trifocals and struggle on which trifocal lens I shoud use when using photoshop on my monitor.  Obviously, the middle lens is more focussed on the screen, but will the resulting prints be clear to 20 x 20 viewers?  At times some of the prints are fuzzy.

Any print fuzzyness will have been visible on the monitor, if you could focus on it.  Color may shift in printing but, focus and definition won't, unless you have a cheap or malfunctioning printer.

A lot of people that wear glasses and spend significant time in front of a computer get "computer glasses".  They do a couple things.  It allows you to view the screen where your neck is comfortable.  Long hours with your glasses forcing you to hold your head at a precise spot hurts!  The other thing it helps with is focus distance.  The optician will need to know precisely the distance between your (relaxed) head and computer screen.
